I booked a room through 60out.com, and then of course our plans got messed up at the last minute. I figured it was going to be one of those annoying situations where you either lose the booking or have to pay all over again.

But it was actually simple. The cancellation and rescheduling rules were laid out clearly enough, so I just kind of followed what they said, changed the time, and that was that. No huge back-and-forth, no weird hidden issue.
So yeah, rough explanation is just: plans changed, I stressed for no reason, and they made it easy to fix. I appreciated that they were fair about it, because stuff happens. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Went here with a group of 6 friends it worked out really well for all of us. A few people in our group had done escape rooms before and a few were totally new, but nobody felt awkward or left out. There was enough going on in the room that everyone could stay involved instead of just standing around watching one or two people do everything. The staff was really friendly too, and they gave us helpful hints when we got stuck without making it feel like they were giving too much away. If you’re going with a group that has different experience levels, I’d say this is a solid choice. Only taking off one star because the ending felt a little rushed, and check-in took longer than we expected. My advice would be to show up a bit early so you’re not feeling pressed before the game even starts.

We did end up having a lot of fun once the game actually started!!! But the check-in process took way too long and felt unorganized... The staff seemed a little confused, and we were kind of just standing around waiting without anyone really telling us what was going on?? It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but that part definitely could’ve been handled better!!!

It was decent for the price, honestly. The game itself was fun, and the staff were really nice, which always helps. I just kept thinking it could’ve been a little longer for what we paid. Like, it wasn’t a rip-off or anything, but it also didn’t feel super cheap. We still had a good time though. I’d probably go again if there was a discount or some kind of offer

The location was convenient for what I needed. I also appreciated having the confirmation email and receipt handy, which made everything easy to keep track of.

The room felt nice and open, not cramped at all. We had plenty of space to move around and take a breather between clues. The AC worked well too, which made it really comfortable. I’d say trust your instinct on this one if you’re looking for a relaxed, roomy experience.

I did a room at 60out, i was impressed. I’m usually loyal to another escape room place, so I went in kind of comparing everything to them, but the props here really held up. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, and nothing felt broken, worn out, or like it had been patched together a hundred times. It made the whole room a lot more fun and way less frustrating. You can tell they actually keep up with maintenance, which I really appreciated.

The game itself was fun, but holy crap, we were not ready for all the crawling and climbing. We felt like a couple of unprepared goofballs trying to get through it. I really wish they’d made it more obvious how physical it was before we booked. Staff were super nice though, so no complaints there.

Had a great time here, honestly. The whole vibe was just easy and fun, and everything went smoother than I expected. It’s kind of ridiculous how much I enjoyed it for something I wasn’t overthinking going in.

I was excited to check out the photos after the game, but a lot of them ended up looking blurry and not as clear as I’d hoped. Support got back to me and basically said something like, “action shots can be tricky depending on movement and lighting,” which I get, but I still expected the final pictures to be a bit better

I went to 60out with some friends, and the room had a fun concept, but the experience was kind of frustrating. The audio was hard to hear at times, especially when clues came through the speakers, and we had to keep asking for things to be repeated because it sounded muffled.
The lighting was also hit or miss. Some moments looked cool, but other parts were way too dark or had lights flashing at odd times, which made it harder to focus on the puzzles instead of adding to the atmosphere.

The staff was nice, but whenever we brought up the sound or lighting issues, it felt a little like we were being passed around instead of getting a clear fix. Overall, the room was okay, but the effects made it more confusing than fun, and I expected better for the price.

We picked the medium room and managed to get out right at the last minute. The staff was chill and most of the puzzles made sense, but I did feel a bit misled about the difficulty going in. It didn’t really feel like what I expected from a “medium” room, though we still had a good time overall.

Went with a few friends and had a great time. The puzzles were really fun and just the right kind of challenging, at least from what I remember. Definitely feels like something I’d probably do again

The confirmation came through after a few minutes, so in the end it was okay, just maybe it could be a bit more straightforward because..

I wasn't expecting it to get me like that, but I actually jumped a few times. Super fun though... definitely caught me off guard.
